Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am - 5pm AEST and can take up to two business days to process before being shipped.
When your order has been dispatched, a confirmation will be sent to you with a link that contains your tracking number. A change of mind cannot be made once order has been dispatched (eg. cancelling an order).
In certain situations, we may require to contact you before the shipping of your orders. To confirm there are no delays, please respond to any of our staff’s phone call or emails.
In events such as huge promotional sales, our orders team can get fairly backed up due to massive entries of orders in a short amount of time.
Just a reminder that International orders (including New Zealand) may require customs inspections and import duties and taxes may apply according to your country.
Taxes and duties
If customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges apply, it is the responsibility of the customer, even though shipment is being refused upon delivery. If these additional charges occur in your order, they are necessary to be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Customs agents have the authority to discharge or reject release of your package. In occasional cases, they may also postpone or reject delivery of orders.
If you deny the payment of these additional charges, your package will be sent back to us and the cost of your order will be refunded, excluding any extra shipping costs incurred by us from the carrier.
We do offer return within 14 days after purchase, however the shipping fee for return is on the buyer's expense. If it is beyond the 14 days, you are not eligible for returns and refund, but you are able to get a product exchange with a product(s) of the same value within 30 days.
You must ensure to include a copy of your order confirmation email and include any applicable information regarding the reason for the return.
Before the item is being sent for return, you must ensure that the item includes its attached swing tag & is in its original packaging and, unless they were damaged when you receive them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. However, duties, taxes and shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Please hang onto the copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Neptun Athletics.
However, Any SALE item is final and not applicable for returns, exchanges or refunds. Purchases in bundles are also included as sale items.
Faulty or incorrect orders
If the items received from the order are faulty or incorrect, please contact the NEPTUN ATHLETICS staff via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, photos or any other applicable information related to the issue so that we can resolve this as soon as possible.
However, items cannot be refunded, exchanged or repaired if the item is damaged by misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing procedures. We will need satisfactory evidence before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
